3.1. Binding Instructions: Once you submit a transaction request (an "Order"), it is final and irrevocable. We do not allow cancellation of orders once funds have been received.

3.3. Beneficiary Details: You are responsible for ensuring the beneficiary bank details are accurate. We are not responsible for funds sent to the wrong recipient due to your error.

4.3. Any bank fees, intermediary fees, or foreign currency fees charged by your bank are your responsibility.

5.1. Transactions are subject to receipt of funds. We will not convert or send funds until we have received clear funds from you.

5.2. We are not liable for delays in processing caused by banking holidays, network interruptions, or failures by third-party payment providers.

You agree not to:

Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or to launder money.

Provide false information.

Attempt to reverse-engineer our platform.

Engage in market manipulation.

7.1. UmarExchange shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss resulting from market fluctuations, technological failures, or errors in instructions provided by you, except in cases of our willful default or fraud.

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without notice, for breaches of these Terms or if we determine, in our sole discretion, that your behavior poses a risk to our business or reputation.
